I’m going to a running camp with my xc team in a few days. Last year I ate salad with chickpeas most days for lunch and dinner and bagel with almond butter for breakfast. The camp is a week long. I plan on working out since there is a gym there. What are som good food options that I should bring? I’d prefer if it wasn’t refrigerated. So far I plan on bringing Kashi protein cereal, granola, muffins, and protein bars. If anyone has any ideas, I would really appreciate it.
