What are your thoughts on supplements or vitamins aimed to avoid deficiencies on vegan diets? : veganfitness

I am new to the vegan community and am slowly integrating my way into eating a more vegan/ plant based diet while learning the ropes.

I have done a bit of research and it seems that when cutting out animal products from your diet, there are a lot of nutrient deficiencies that people should be cautious of such as not enough calcium, zinc, b12, iodine, iron, vitamin d, etc.

I plan to and am motivated to eat a healthy well balanced diet for proper nutrition to avoid such deficiencies but I am still a bit worried about the nutrients that may fall through the cracks if I am not careful.

I’m looking into supplements such as Hippo7 Multi Vitamin for Plant Eaters, or multivitamins such as Ritual Vegan Multivitamin or on the cheaper end, Deva Vegan Multivitamin

I’m also looking into vegan protein powder such as Innosupps Clean Vegan Protein

Whats your go to vegan supplements, protein powders and multivitamins?

Do I need a multivitamin?

Should I just focus on taking a regular multivitamin that isn’t meant for vegans?

Or should I just purchase extra nutrition vitamins like iron and calcium by itself?

Is there anything else should know about being vegan or integrating into a plant based diet?
