I’ve been vegan for several years and over that time I’ve slipped into a bit less healthy diet. I used to work out very frequently and now my time is far more restricted. I’m starting to work towards getting back my fitness level by cutting calories, drinking less, running more, and doing some light weights. The only piece I’m still struggling with is what to focus my eating on. I used to eat pretty much whatever and then work it all off, but that’s less of an option now.
