Take a multi with vitamin b12, you won’t get enough from plants (meat eaters dont get enough either!!). Carbs are good but if you’re trying to build muscle up the protein servings more with things like tofu, tempeh, soy curls, lentils, etc 🙂
Make sure you’re incorporating seeds for omega 3’s!
Watch different vegan high protein youtubers and make sure you’re getting a variety of foods. I like Pick Up Limes, Rainbow Plant Life, and Cheap Lazy Vegan. Also, vegan macros 101 on Instagram, woman named Vicki, has amazing tips for macros
