I’ve been trying to find a good (unflavored if possible) vegan protein for my smoothies and shakes for over a year now. Every single one I’ve tried has made my throat scratchy for the rest of the day after I drank it. I’ve tried blending in a blender, my blender bottle, it doesn’t matter.
I’ve tried Orgain, Whole Foods 365 Pea Protein, and I know I’ve tried others but I can’t remember what they were. Am I allergic to pea protein maybe or is just the grittiness that comes with Vegan protein just irritating?
