Women who lift : veganfitness

Where did you start? Did you come up with your own system of what specific exercises you do each day, focused on part of body? Is there an inline resource that can get you started? I am not new to weights per se (I did CrossFit for a brief while), but I’m wondering if I should just go and get started slowly and figure it out for myself over time? Or should I look up resources first? Also how many times do you lift per week, and approximately how long is each session? Thanks.
